2026 – 2027 Official Bars

Estimado Bar Oficial de la PRCW: ¡Bienvenidos a la última edición de la Puerto Rico Cocktail Week! Estamos entusiasmados con toda la preparación, promoción y logística de este evento en los próximos meses. El Programa de Bares Oficiales y su compromiso son una parte esencial del éxito al que todos aspiramos. Nuestro Programa de Bares Oficiales de la PRCW invita y da la bienvenida a los bares locales que estén dispuestos a posicionarse como parte de los mejores bares de la isla. Un área especial de nuestra página web se dedicará a promocionar estos bares como guía oficial para los consumidores.

Bars enlisted in 2026 will be active until September 2027.

Estas son las ventajas que obtendrá al unirse al Programa de Colegios Oficiales del PRCW:

1. Promotion of PRCW Official Bars in news and advertising media.
2. Exposure on our website's official directory.
3. Mention and use of logo on our social media as an Official Bar of PRCW.
4. Special offer from the official PRCW brands & discounts on official merchandise.
5. A Special Discount on admission to PRCW educational events and seminars.
6. Two official PRCW t-shirts for the staff.
7. Sticker and labeling material that identifies it as an Official PRCW Bar.
8. Opportunity to develop events and promote them on PRCW website/networks

Enumeramos los requisitos del Programa Oficial de Colegios de Abogados y los detalles importantes que hay que conocer y realizar:

1. HAVE ALL PARTICIPANT PRCW BRANDS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT NOVEMBER
2. Offer a cocktail menu and/or a cocktail at a preferential price in November.
3. Offer an incentive/benefit to people who arrive with official PRCW wristbands during PRCW.
4. Have a bartender and/or bar staff who make cocktails.
5. Buy liquors from official PRCW brands in November
6. Do activation, event, initiative (cocktail menu) during November.
7. Promote the PRCW event in the months of October and November on your social media, website, bar, and/or restaurant.
8. Fee payment as PRCW Official Bar:

• 400 $ para los Bares Oficiales actuales
• 450 $ para barras oficiales nuevas

Material Approval
I sent the images/photos and logo of my bar. I accept that Puerto Rico Cocktail Week uses the material sent for promotional use of its eighth edition in all its social networks, including, among others, copies, designs, website, graphic materials and photographs.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries
This Agreement is made solely and specifically among and for the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and assigns and no other person will have any rights, interest, or claims hereunder or be entitled to any benefits under or on account of this Agreement as a third-party beneficiary or otherwise.

Payment Terms
Each payment due to Puerto Rico Cocktail Week under this Agreement shall be paid by ATH Móvil business/prcw, check
payable to International Cocktail, LLC or PayPal transfer to Puerto Rico Cocktail Week’s account. (info@prcockailweek.com).

All Official Bars need to send confirmation through a photo during October to validate that they have the PRCW brand in their inventory. Bars that didn't have products will lose benefits from the program.
